We want to celebrate the stories of those who make our wine list possible, as well as the stories of how they make their products and how they get them to you. We're obsessed with pimento cheese (and we hope you are too). Pimento cheese is a southern-style party cheese made with bright red bell peppers, cheddar cheeses, decadent cream cheese, and Duke's mayo. It's handcrafted with love in our kitchen every day!
